Sat for 20mins with no waiter coming to serve us. Went to the bar in the end to get our own drinks. Wanted to use a wowcher for our meal, waitress checked it all ok and code checked before we ordered from a separate menu. Food came out dry and chips tasted stale. When our meal was over our bill came & another waitress said we couldn't use our wowcher. Presented with a large bill, told managers decision can't use on Saturdays and even checked the wowcher website. Doesnt say not weekends on the wowcher and felt like they just couldn't be bothered to process it. Awful customer service, disorganised and the restaurant was dirty with old food and napkins on the floor. Won't be coming again it's really gone down hill sadly

It was an extremely busy period with lots of children. Cinema nearby and whilst we were eating the queue kept growing. Didn’t seem to be that many staff in but those who were coped well.

The pasta was dry, felt it was cooked ages ago. The coleslaw was also very dry, hardly any sauce in it. Only 2 waitresses serving

Always clean, efficient and friendly staff. Food is always out quickly. The salad bar is well maintained and food is constantly kept topped up and the toilet facilities are always clean.

Wasn't busy yet staff member when first arrived said I hadn't booked yet I was trying show the booking on my phone. He then says oh well not busy let's sit you here , took a while a different stafd member came over he was lovely came took our order , food was lovely.

The food was mediocre at best, I had the ‘simply chicken’ hmmm it might have been simple but I find it hard to understand how that can be messed up, but it was rubbery, the broccoli hadn’t seen the inside of a saucepan, it was raw, the thimble of gravy was nice though. It seemed like there was only one member of staff waiting tables so everybody was bunched into one corner of the restaurant which kind of makes sense but when you get that one table that think we need to hear their conversation & not the one happening at our own table then it’s annoying. I’ve been to a few Harvesters over the years & I know I’m not going to get Michelin worthy food but I can honestly say that we would have got better value for money (& more edible food) at a burger van!!

Atlas was our wait staff. They’re very upbeat, knowledgeable and helpful. They even took the time to call me to let me know that one of my party had left a bag behind, for which we were very grateful. Thank you.

Disappointing service, it wasn't very busy but staff were not very attentive, having to flag staff down after a while of waiting. Kids meal was missing chips and the additional portion of chips was also missing. Desserts were disappointing, all of the caramel rocky sundaes had no oreo biscuit, one rocky bar and only chocolate sauce, just was very bland and mainly ice cream. The rocky sundae itself had minimal brownie and was disappointing compared to previous visits. Not had issues before but certainly disappointing on this occasion. Was a birthday meal and let the day down.
