We chose to have just the salad this time as we wanted to try a dessert and are usually too full. Great choice. Prompt polite service. Restaurant clean and tidy and nice ambience. Surprised how busy it was on a Monday lunchtime so we're glad we booked. Say no more!

The breakfast menu has changed, there was no option for continental breakfast, no self service at all, not even for drinks. Disappointing, we always used to love coming as a family for the breakfasts, but we will be going elsewhere in future.

Starter burnt, waited ages for replacement....father ate alone. Main I specifically asked for no sauce in wrap (allergies) came with sauce....sent back. Fathers chicken breast solid and black. Father was made to keep dish whilst recooked chicken. I again ate alone.... :(

Having had two meals recently at this location, we were looking forward to the same level of satisfaction. Initially all was fine ordering drinks and the salad bar met the past high standards, but our area became quite busy. There were families with young children that got louder and louder. The waitress spent some time seeing to their needs such that other tables had to wait. When the food arrived it seemed quite dry ( my meal being a repeat of my first visit it just didn't taste so good) with black overcooked mushrooms. The chicken with both my wife and my meals was slightly burnt. I actually said it tasted more like a hungry horse meal. Finally we had to wait over 20 minutes to pay our bill as the offer of 25% off did not seem to be accepted by your till. This also happened on a previous visit but was addressed within 6 or 7 minutes.

We were greeted with a "can I help" and then shown to our table which had milk on the floor by the side of it. Waitress was lovely and helpful. I ordered chicken with cheese and bacon which was dry and my husband ordered the half roast chicken which was undercooked. We didn't think the food was value for money.

The staff that we came across were very pleasant, friendly and professional . I was a bit disappointed with my choice today. Jacket potato was definitely not baked at the time of serving and was warmish. Camember tart was a bit bland.

The waitress we had to start with was on the ball, juggling many customers and was just so brilliant. It was amazing to watch her work. The food was just about warm but was great tasting, looked well plated and large portions.

really disappointing visit lost our original food order so took over an hour to get food then tried to order dessert even longer wait as waitress was busy on salad bar.We book to eat at 16.30 so we could eat and get our grandson home around his normal bed time in the end it was over 2 hours

The staff were very friendly. Disappointed that there were no rolls or bacon croutons. They didn't tell us this when we ordered! The rack of ribs were very small. Service otherwise was very good

Was disappointed that the table we were sat at for a party of 6 , wasn’t clean . The table was very sticky with food on . So we moved ourselves to another table. No ice cream for dessert was available either. Our waitress was lovely , friendly and efficient.
