Very slow service. We were seated for an hour before any food arrived. Not enough staff on duty - we were advised that there was only one chef in the kitchen. Very few staff serving - food poor quality

the salad was almost all gone and after an hour wait on food for it to come out freezing we had to send it back which they forgot to remove the plates from the grill to warm the food back up the plates were boiling and we had to carry them back over almost burning our hands. the puddings were not made right normaly the rocky horror has crushed up pieces of brownie where as we had a whole wedge. the ice cream was melted and the whip cream lets just say there was soooooo much of it that it was all over the table when the guy brought it to the table as there was just to much for the glass. very poor visit

Didn't even get to have a meal as was told my table would not be ready for me at my booking time Very disappointing and left. The person on front desk was very rude and un helpful.

The salad bowl was a mess even though it was NOT self service there was no pasta lettuce and many other things missing and what was there was mixed up ie. Sweet corn in with beet root Lots of things off the menu Ordered starters and asked for them to come before the mains they didnt so sent them back One main didnt come out with the others and had to wait and then ask by which time the others had nearly finished Tables were left with dirty dishes on around us and it wasnt that busy but staff walked pass several times and did not collect anything I have been here many times before but dont think i.ll be going back any time soon

We arrived a little early and when our booking was confirmed there was a little look at the watch from the greeter. Shown to our table and discovered that my fork had dried food on it where it had clearly not been washed properly when I pointed this out it seemed that I had inconvenienced the staff the service was a little slow the staff appeared to be all standing out of sight near an opened door

Very friendly staff, paid attention to what I asked for as it wasn't straightforward off the menu! Polite and happy server. Clean tables and seating. Adhered to social distancing guidelines. Perfect!

Entrance was not inviting. Waiter didn’t know what side came with a starter. Service was generally very poor with interruptions during our meal to remove plates whilst we were still eating. Starter was cold. Dessert was described incorrectly on menu. Place was noisy and not relaxing.

The restaurant was very clean and tidy, the waitress who served us was smashing and very polite. The food was tasting and filling and presented very well. My only moan would be on leaving, observing a male waiter joking slap someone around the head who he clearly knew but it didn’t look very good.

Our waiter tonight was great, food was nice but the service was really slow. Was over 30 mins waiting before our order was taken, starters came, but 1 hour 50 mins after arriving and sitting down we still didn’t have our mains, hard when you are trying to keep children entertained when they have eaten their meal and yours still hasn’t arrived. Need to concentrate on the in house customers than the delivery orders
