6.5/10we went with friends but were quite disappointed with the very slow service, and when we ordered dessert it came minus 2 ingredients. we have eaten here before, but tonight was very disappointing.

2.5/10We don't go out for a meal to have it ruined by foul language in a family environment. When we arrived there was no record of our booking made on line which didn't bode well for our experience,the final straw came when the adults sat behind us used the f and c words, at that point we requested the bill and left. I am still waiting for the general manager to contact me regarding this issue as I was advised he would do so.

8.5/10Very busy for a Monday we thought, therefore no rotisserie chicken left or sweetcorn at salad bar. But our waitress was amazing, so friendly and efficient. Sorry didn't get her name but a mature lady!

8/10Was really nice time out with my wife. Just felt rushed to finish our meal as the main meal was bought to the table before we finished our salad from the salad cart. So the meal we ordered the chips had gone cold.

4.5/10Our booking didn’t come up in the system. Waited 15 minutes to be seated - dirty table. Chaos, loud and horrid atmosphere. Food bland. Toilets - one out if order, one blocked other two not too clean. Only good thing was our waiter, who was friendly, polite and efficient. Will never come back

8.5/10Table was as booked, no cutlery on table when we sat down, server brought some over and took drinks order, dining area was busy, food orders taken within 10 mins of drinks order, starters food order seemed to take a while, server had informed us that the starter had been burnt but on way now, mains sent out in good time, sweets ordered and to table in good time, server lady was very attentive to our requirements and done an excellent job. However, restaurant appeared to be understaffed and some other table we’re waiting on meals. All in all a pleasant experience.

10/10We have come here several times it's busy so a good thing but timely in serving you. They always ask is everything ok during the meal. I think they have it just right. Just keep an eye on the salad cart levels guys. ;)

7.5/10The food and service were very good. The one thing that spoilt the evening was the lack of heating. The radiators were stone cold, We were shown to our first table and we asked to be moved as it was very cold, even siting near a radiator, as these were 'off' we were offered alternative seating, but it remained cold. I asked waitress why the heating was off and she informed us that the heating had reached the temperature it was set on. Several other customers sat in coats, including myself and were obviously uncomfortable. We have visited this restaurant numerous times over the years, but none as uncomfortable as this visit. Please investigate and get back to me so we can visit this restaurant again.

10/10Last night we took our friends to this restaurant which my husband and I have visited many times. We were not dissapointed, excellent customer care, great food, wasn't rushed and had a very enjoyable evening. Thank you. we will be back.

10/10Lovely man waited our table today, lovely food only problem today was it’s warmer outside than inside. Heating wasn’t working so I was extremely cold. Apart from that it was really good

10/10We have been to this restaurant a number of times over the years, and are always pleased with the service and quality of the food. Last night they were very busy, but apologised for keeping us waiting and ensured our drinks were served quickly.

8/10Had a long wait. But then it is half term. Food was ok. Jacket potatoe was slightly under cooked. And pineapple was missing from my gammon meal, but the waitress brought me some over. Waitress was really lovely and did a fantastic job. It hasn’t put me off I’ll be back again

8/10It’s a Harvester so you know what you are going to get and you do get it. Reasonable food at a reasonable price. One minor thing, carpet leading into the upstairs restaurant needs a good deep clean.

10/10Good experience. My husband has a walking diability and uses a walking stick and without being asked the Manager found us a table near the salad buffet and asked us if everything was o.k. Cheerful staff, good service and good food.

7.5/10AFTER A 90 MINUTE WAIT THE FOOD ARRIVED FOR THE LADIES BUT THEMENS FOOD WS ANOTHER 10 MINUTE WAIT BY WHICH TIME ONE HAD ALREADY FINISHED HER MEAL. THE TABLENEXT TO US ARRIVED AFTER WE HAD ORDERED AND HAD EATEN, PAID AND LEFT BERFORE WE GOT OUR FOOD
