10/10We had a banquet style dinner tonight, food is always great quality and of a high standard and presented perfectly. We will be having our Teppenyaki experience on Sunday! Kids can't wait to catch the egg in their mouth this time round!

7.8/10Unfortunately when we arrived they could not find our booking, which was a little embarrassing and disappointing as I had organized the Teppanyaki experience for our anniversary dinner. After some confusion and awkwardness the staff managed to give us what we ordered and the food was fantastic as well as acknowledging our anniversary.

Splash out Hatsuhana Japanese Restaurant is located in the beautiful Sea World complex, on the Gold Coast. An exciting dining experience for the whole family, enjoy a selection of Japanese dishes that will be sure to please even the newest Japanese diner. Teppanyaki is available with fresh, beautiful meat and seafood being cooked in front of your eyes, sure to dazzle the kids. Fresh, luscious sushi is available and a very fun idea with a new ‘noodle Master Menu' which is a fabulous concoction of noodle dishes whereby you select your noodle dish, then enjoy the fun of adding your own ingredients and tasty extra's to it yourself, and wait for it to be cooked for you. Great wine list and the added bonus of an early Bird menu, always good for those on the move or with small kids, offering discounted meal packages for groups and families. Hatsuhana is open for dinner from Wednesday through to Sunday. Best dish: Japanese Hotpot
