Fabulous
Great service on the last day before London’s Christmas lockdown. Here for a birthday and everyone happy. Good basic food cooked well with excellent attention to detail
Was really looking forward to this visit as I love dining out and love all things Gordon Ramsay - I had enjoyed seeing the reviews and photos on Instagram for Heddon St. The front of house staff were not welcoming and ignored us for longer than 'normal' as they attended FIRST to incoming phone calls - despite seeing us standing there they continued to pick up calls (new callers) rather than greet and seat us..the ambience was a bit low and moody in general, dark and dingy..We chose the Sunday Roast (beef and pork) and they were both 'OK' but not great - the gravy was very alcoholic - my daughter does not eat or drink alcohol (for religious reasons) but nowhere did we note the gravy would be more like a red wine jus..there were far too many carrots (albeit we love carrots the ratio was totally wrong) and just one tiny floret of broccoli - the roast potatoes were over 'fried' in oil and the Yorkshires lacked any flavour - there was certainly a lack of seasoning on the whole and most of the food was cold.. However, the crackling on my pork belly was delicious. The pineapple carpaccio for dessert was a bit disappointing too... Overall, it was a basic seasonless & cold Sunday lunch with mediocre front of house staff and unfriendly waiting staff... Would certainly benefit from happier and more attentive staff as well as a nice HOT Sunday Roast with alcohol free gravy..
Amazing food and great location, buzzing and beautiful
Will definitely be back! The chicken wings and beef wellington were fab! Mac and cheese was a beaut side dish! My only disappointment was I couldn’t fit in dessert! Thank you!!
Had a lovely lunch with friends. We all enjoyed our meals and although the wine is a little on the expensive side, we would go again.
Great meal, the terrace is perfect especially for the last rays of summer - the street has some Mediterranean vibe to it, it’s great. Would recommend trying to rigatoni if they stay on the menu!
I’m afraid to say the food, experience and service here was very average. And it is simply overpriced.
Cosy busy lively atmosphere great drinks and food was great bbq wings was crispy ans aromatic, aged beef burger was just cooked right with moist bun the chips was fluffy, greT peppermint tea after in nice pot, staff were attentive and nice decor would reccommend
Really nice lunch at Heddon St Kitchen . Staff pleasant and professional and all covid-19 restrictions performed in a non invasive way .Food fantastic Confit Duck a particular favourite .
Superb customer service
The food was amazing, the service was great, everyone there was so professional yet friendly.
This restaurant is really easy to find and I think the environment is good. The food is also really nice. The most important thing is that I believe your welcome staff should improve their attitude. I didn’t have the feeling of welcome at all.
Tables were vobling, so tried to not to spill my drink, ripped chairs. Pretty much, that's the only disappointment. Great staff! Owerall, great!
Just Awesome The first time that myself and my wife have been out and we not disappointed. Plenty of space, we felt safe with a great atmosphere. Fantastic job guys.
It was the 2nd time that we have been to Heddon Street Kitchen, the staff were very friendly and attentive. Food excellent. Definitely recommend it and will be going back there.
Staff provided the best customer service. Prices were very reasonable for breakfast. Food was spot on like I would expect.
We spent a wonderful time there, Service, table and food were excellent.
Very friendly service and absolutely amazing food - the explosion of flavours !!
great location and food - lovely to sit outside but wine was expensive and although we chose cheapest it was £29 and not very good. a couple of us felt unwell later that evening which I can only put down to the wine as we all ate different dishes. Love the ice cream bar.
Everything was perfect. My honest congrats!
