Excellent
It is a great place and amazing employees. Food was delicious, quickly served. I love there pork ban, my family ordered ramen and enjoyed it a lot. Awesome that they have different beer, as we all have different preferences. We had great time.
Service was very good. Food was very authentic and tasty. The decor of the restaurant is very nice. The lunch set menu is good, but would be better if drinks were included.
Delicious ramen, some of the best in London. Staff were very slow to take our order and bring the bill which was the only drawback, otherwise they were very nice and friendly and the food is out of this world
The char siu pork is excellent - melt in your mouth and full of flavour. The soup and noodles however were relatively average. It also took them a long time to serve us. I really liked it when it was sakagura - one of my fav restaurant, now it's a ramen place it for some reason didn't quite sustain the superb quality of service and food in the past
Brilliant atmosphere. Felt like I was actually back in Japan again. Service was amazing, couldn't ask for better, really fast, great customer service So far one of the best ramens I've had yet.
great location, great service. 50% off so was even better. ramen was good, strong flavour and fairly authentic....one of the better ones in UK.
Just re-opening. lovely welcome from our petite waitress, who observed all the protocols before we were seated. Food was good, octopus balls and two huge bowls of ramen and accompaniments. Wine prices reasonable. A comfortable stop on a very rainy day.
Nice Japanese street food atmosphere. Good food. Definitely worth to visit. Nice selection of ramens , side dishes and drinks. Funny Japanese music in background.
The service was excellent and staff for very attentive and made sure water was on the table and seem to know when to ask to take our order! Would definitely go again! Decoration were amazing too!
Such an amazing find, restaurants decor is amazing very authentic I felt like I was in Japan and food was amazing too. And staff were friendly and efficient
Ramen, other snacks, sake and draft beers
Loved the ramen, very friendly service. Interior is interesting
Food was delicious and the service excellent Ramen was very tasty , staff was really friendly, professional and attentive without being intrusive
Decent ramen, good flavours. Quite rich. Overall very good.
The bowls were large and filled with plenty of noodles and gubbins. However, the soup stock lacked oomph. Service was on point and according to COVID SOP.
My boyfriend and I booked a table for 8pm and arrived for 8pm, on the last night before Lockdown 2.0 (4th November). There were two people in front of us waiting, so we stood behind them to wait as well. The restaurant was very busy, inside and outside, and no staff member approached the two people in front of us, or us. We were very impatient because this was the last night before another lockdown, so I walked just inside to try and approach a member of staff myself, as no one was coming up to us. I told one man that I had a table reservation for 8pm, and he said he'd check, and off he went. He didn't come back to us. We decided to leave the queue and restaurant as restaurants close at 10pm, and we didn't want to waste our time standing in a line and not being approached or welcomed by any member of staff. I was really disappointed because I had heard great things about the restaurant, my boyfriend and I went to Tokyo last year and it was going to be a nice way to remember our time there. Also, I thought that the decor would remind me of Tokyo, but to me, it seemed a bit too "fake", and felt too much like a chain. Perhaps the food and drinks may have swayed my opinion of the restaurant, but I didn't even get a chance to try it! I hope to go back with friends one day to try their food, perhaps it would be a different experience on a night not before lockdown. However, it was a shame that no one gave us any attention when we arrived, despite having made a reservation.
The food was good when it finally arrived (after probably an hour after ordering). Ramen shouldn't take this long. Service was incredibly slow, they looked terribly understaffed for a dinner service. We asked for water 3 times and waited 30 mins just to get our bill.
The staff were really lovely and very attentive. Food was very delicious and the cocktails were amazing and so tasty. We had a very nice evening and would come again
The restaurant was freezing, the front door wide open. Food was good. Tasty broth. One dish came slightly cold. There was no one to greet us at the door and we waited a while to be seated and there was only one table of 2 in the whole restaurant at the time. Good overall but the cold really ruined the experience
This is a nice spot in town and good value. The service was mixed depending on who was serving but given it is new I am sure this will improve! The choice of ramens was great and the flavourings in the kimchi was fantastic!
