This is a lovely and ambient restaurant; my girlfriend and I were visiting from the UK and the tasting menu was superb. My girlfriend is vegetarian and the restaurant tailored the menu to accommodate her. The sommelier explained the wines thoroughly to us as they were served, which enhanced the experience.

It was great to discover in Baden-Baden such a good restaurant. Very nice and cozy atmosphere, an impeccable service and a superb dinner. I suggest to make the winepairing with the menu to complete in the best way the gastronomic experience. Excellent!

Great little restaurant. As the name suggests wine is central to the experience, and we were glad to find that they had wine pairing available. The food was excellent, though sometimes I felt there were too many ingredients on the plate. There was clearly a strong desire to mix different textures which was clearly achieved. The wine pairing was excellent. I appreciate when there is an attempt to be a bit daring and it was. Good job!

Perfect service, the owner is a good sommelier and very nicely to talk to. He has the perfect wine pairings for the menu. You can see the harmony between the sommelier and the chef in the plates and of course the balance of the taste and wine pairings. great experience with attention to detail.

We had a great time, super relaxed atmosphere and great service. All the courses served, including hors d'oeuvres, were very tasty and perfectly presented. They have many great and local wines. We really enjoyed this restaurant and I would say, for now, this is the secret tip of the month. Go enjoy.

Delicious, elegantly presented food with many ingredient combinations we've never come across before! And served in an unstuffy, friendly environment. The wine pairing was superb (so much so we bought bottles to take home). In fact one of the best meals we've had in Germany! A very big thumbs up.

Two tourists from America trusted Trip Advisor and so glad we did. Michael Heine’s new restaurant offered everything you could hope for in a dining experience. Creative menu with option of wine pairing. The 5-course meal selected didn’t disappoint. And it was all within the confines of a charmingly quaint atmosphere where Michael served us, with a lovely table-side manner that included the story behind every dish and glass.

Our server/sommelier was really knowledgeable about the wine offers and really helped us to chose wine that complimented our meal, and she was very generous and provided great service. The menu is limited, but I would say that allows them to focus on superb execution for each dish. Our duo of fish was fresh, interesting and really tasty, and just the right amount. The deconstructed pina colada was a delight!
