THe refurbished dining room on the first floor was attractive and had a beautiful outlook. The food was faultless. We had the tasting menu which at 78€ is somewhat expensive but the flavours were wonderful. The Sagres lobster was truly exquisite as was the sea scallop and the meat was so tender and the sauce was so rich. The panache of deserts was the final touch. A truly wonderful meal and well worth a visit for that'special' evening.

Will definilty come back to try their 5 course dinner they have at night. Great value for a Michelin star restaurant. Well done Henrique Leis.

Superb and very tasty food. Great ambience.
Not very disabled friendly and the waiter should have placed my napkin on my lap. Apart from that it was perfect.

What a fantastic restaurant! There's an incredibly good value lunch menu at €18 for two courses. I felt both of my dishes (Tagliatelle & Monkfish Risotto) were beautifully fresh, well executed and carefully presented on the plate. It was lovely that despite opting for the lunch deal as opposed to the À la carte offering, we still enjoyed playful creations of the chef as an amuse-bouche. Couvert was an additional €3 (fine butter and plentiful delicious breads) and desserts were again very fairly priced at between €6-8. Try requesting a table outside on the delightful terrace if you're doing lunch. Weighing up the value for money here against the majority of mainstream 'tourist' restaurants makes a trip here a bit of a no-brainer in my opinion. If you fancy a drink, then the small but perfectly formed wine list features some wonderful regional bottles and is again nicely priced with most in the €17-22 bracket. Most diners were dressed up for the occasion but there was still a very relaxed atmosphere, helped along by the charming staff. Finally, if you are having that drink, then an Uber from Vilamoura came in at between €12-16 each way. Enjoy!

I was very disappointed that both my starter and main course were covered in foam so that I could not see what I was eating! This was not clear from the menu and when I complained to the owner she said next time I should specify no foam. Both courses tasted more or less the same and considering the high prices I shall think twice about going again.

Really lovely evening

Stand out was the Egg dish, scallop and truffle dish and the lobster.

First amuse Bouche was a bit disappointing and made us worry we had made the wrong choice, not much flavour except for the cauliflower shot which was good.

Things very quickly improved, I could eat 100 of those truffle raviolis!

The lobster was excellent very generous portion and cooked so well.

Venison well cooked but not a fan of the accompanying bits and bobs.

Desert amuse Bouche lovely, guava ice cream - what a summery treat.

Dessert excellent, by this stage we were stuffed!

Good value on the meal 76 euros ( excl service)

We had a wine matching which bumped things up

So about 300 euros incl service for two.

( we like a drink and the matching recommendations were excellent)

Very good quality ingredients,
Scallops, truffles, lobster, caviar

Would cost way more in a london establishment.

Highly recommended!

Will come back for the set lunch
