Wonderful experience from start to finish. Top notch dishes, beautiful presentation, welcoming + warming ambiance and very attentive waiters. I enjoyed every single bite of the Chef’s menu. A cute little spot with amazing food in Hilversum; I can’t wait to return.

My friend and I had a beautiful weekday meal in Heren Spyker. We were warmly greeted at the door and brought to a lovely, quiet table in the back so that we could talk. We started with a nice cava and then went on to enjoy a couple of glasses of interesting wines with our dinners. The food was top notch. Fish cooked to perfection - as overcooking is often a problem with fish dishes. In addition, I have a severe allergy, which can sometimes create problems for the kitchen; they did a perfect job and delivered delicious dishes. But what truly sets Heren Spyker apart is the service. The team is so friendly and accommodating - without "hanging on your table". I strongly recommend this restaurant and would happily return.
