We were hosted by this restaurant for about 3 hours with a big group of 16 people. The service was exceptional with very kind waiters/waitresses/hostesses who were friendly, diligent in properly explaining their food concept and so on.


The food itself was excellent, and the portions bigger than promised (they explained the meat portions were intentionally smaller in the aim of doing better for the environment). We thought there was almost too much food in the end, but the meat rations were perfect. Just a little too much on the side. My only minus regarding the food is that the steak was a bit too much on the side of medium rather than medium rare. They told us it tastes better when rare/medium rare; and I think they probably just let it rest a little too long or the fact their were 16 of us made it more difficult to get the cook right for all of us.


The atmosphere was really cosy, stemming from the great service, good company, busy restaurant and great decoration. The decoration really made it an experience, it's more than just a restaurant - super cool distillery and wine cellar downstairs!
