Hace calor en Hëtta. En realidad, esta frase es un guiño, un juego de palabras (Hëtta significa calor en sueco) para decir que allí estarás a gusto probando los platos muy bien presentados y elaborados con 9 productos de temporada, ecológicos y de proximidad, y cocinados de diferentes maneras, sea por las técnicas o las temperaturas. Para llegar hay que bajar unas escaleras, dejando a un lado el supermercado ecológico Woki Organic Market. Una vez abajo, te recibe el jefe de sala para presentarte a los cocineros que cocinarán tu menú. El sueco Olof Johansson, el español David Morera, el italiano Alberto Sambinelli y la colombiana Paola Pisciotta, que han pasado por restaurantes con estrellas MICHELIN, elaboran platos que puedes elegir de una carta ordenada por intensidad de sabores y temperaturas de cocción.

INSIDER tip

La Yema de huevo marinada con suero de parmesano y botarga o el Lomo de bacalao ahumado con hierbaluisa encurtida son dos platos que no hay que perderse.

Very good food although sometimes lacks seasoning or a bit of originality. Marinated egg yolk with Parmesan is great. Extremely slow service, although nice. Great vibe.

It was super good right from the start. They welcomed us and explained how the menu works (which is really cool btw). The food we had was all excellent, especially the egg yolk and the chocolate desert (that has a magical introduction).
The vibe in the restaurant is awesome, with the open kitchen, the good music and the cool staff.
We are definitely coming back and recommend this place to our friends.

Fantastic food, great service. We were a party of 8 and tasted almost everything: humus, eggs with foie gras, duck, cod fish, meat, mushrooms,... with a great selection of organic wines!

Great concept of cooking similar organic ingredients with different techniques and heat levels, very good flavour compositions, and for some plates you'll be served by the cooks directly from the open kitchen!
