Amazing food and service! We really enjoyed it for our first night in Australia. Would recommend. My husband had the wonton soup and I had the daily fish.

We’ve been to the Whiskey Bar probably five times now. We love the old world setting and the food is fantastic. Tonight we finally tried two of the many whiskeys on offer. Delicious. Staff are very attentive and friendly too.

Our second visit and we LOVED it - we chose asian food dishes to share (satay sticks, curry puffs and dumplings) and they were superb! And of course - the cocktails are always excellent! Staff are divine too! Shout out to Donovan who helped us locate a scarf that we'd dropped before leaving - we called back whilst on the train home, Donovan helped find it and left it at the Sir Stamford for us to collect. Thank you SO much! We will be back!

Lovely setting, ornate paintings, elegant chairs and a quiet atmosphere, where you can sit back and have a conversation without being disturbed. Great service, waiters and waitresses very helpful and friendly.

We selected the Guilt Free High Tea which I've had previously at the Sir Stamford and previously really enjoyed. However, this time was very disappointed. The food wasn't fresh and was quite bland and tasteless. I won't be returning.

$64 for the traditional high tea with sparkling was delightful. The room looked classic and antique and I felt like I was transported to old England for high tea. I loved the selection of sandwiches and it's surprisingly filling. Definitely will be coming again!

Wonderful High Tea! Great service and atmosphere. Highly recommended. So often the scones in a High Tea can be horribly dry but the ones in the Sir Stamford High Tea are wonderful.

We have enjoyed the Elegance High Tea several times now and would recommend those couples with a birthday or other special occasion to try it out. Our best compliment is to the chefs who produce these gorgeous tongue teasers - delicious!

Great place to meet - no harsh background music - very relaxed and luxurious atmosphere
