Restaurant where only the meal makes up for the service. The wait and being served after people who arrived later than us, only 2 Waiters, tables too close together.

Very polite service, nice food. Not the best sushi of my life but very nice sashimi. They kindly replaced the sushi. Clean and cosy. Will return to test a diffrrent sushi.

Muy mal. No es un restaurante japonés. Es un restaurante de chinos qurequieren hacer comida japonesa y con el sushi, esto no funciona. La calidad del sushi pésima. Really bad quality, this is not a real Japanese. We left the food on the plate

We are always happy to come to Hinodé. The food is very good, sushi always fresh, algues salad delicious and a large assortment of sashimi. . Service is efficient and friendly.

We’ve eaten here before and that’s why I booked again whilst in central Toulouse... After a day of Christmas shopping, though, we were too tired and had a takeaway instead... Very helpful staff, the chicken gyoza was especially yummy!

The prices are too high, the food is not japanese and the service is very slow. I had the Zen menu, and for 29€, I was very disappointed. Fried beef with fried rice and no real flavour, that is not japanese.. Sushi rice that does not use japanese vinegar. If a customer has been sitting at a table, with his wallet out and his food finished, he should not have to ask for the bill. The service needs to watch the room, not chat with each other.
