Cute, small place near our rental apartment.
We arrived late into Avignon, and this place was close by.
Our reservation was for 8:30, and we didn’t arrive until almost 9:00, due to getting lost.
Owner/cook greeted us, but our French is poor, and his English was, too.
Fortunately, google translate helped us through the awkward moments.
3 of us had burgers, 1 pizza. Two were classic cheeseburgers, One has the “Fabulous” that was loaded and even had Fois Gras on it. The burgers were served in a black bun, which looked like pumpernickel, but wasn’t and was quite tasty.
The fries were tasty and not greasy.
The pizza was chèvre, black olives and tomatoe base. It could use more olives.
We had a bottle of their wine, which at 16eu was a tasty Cote Du Rhône.

We would not hesitate recommended this place, and would eat here again, if we returned to the area.
