8.5/10My husband and I really enjoy going out for lunch at Home Sweet Home in the company of two friends. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming and the service is excellent. The food is delicious and we always leave looking forward to our next visit.

10/10Great service, really delicious lunch with added extras such as savoury popcorn while we were waiting, bread and butter just ahead of the meal arriving, plus truffles as we were paying the bill. Excellent value and good menu

9.5/10We love that we have discovered HSH at Roke. The staff are so lovely, professional but friendly and very attentive even at busy times. The food was delicious and the Chocolate Marquise exceptional. One small criticism on the food was that there were not enough of the delicious vegetables with the Sunday roast. We did ask for more cabbage which was supplied but we did feel that the veggies given were enough for one not two. And a teeny tiny point - some of the chairs are antique and old and not so comfortable.

9.5/10Home Sweet Home will soon be our local village pub and we can’t wait! What an absolutely superb Sunday lunch we had. Great quality food and choice (even late on) and we were particularly impressed with the offer of half portions for the children of all the adult meals, So much better than a boring and limited kids menu. Desserts were all superb and, to top it off the service was attentive, personal and really friendly - some feat on a busy Sunday afternoon. We will be back (a lot)!
