This is quite an expensive restaurant. The chef is obviously trying very hard and so are the waiting staff. Overall however the nouvelle-type cuisine didn't really live up to the hype. The duck was a bit tough and the vegetables fashionably undercooked. The waiting staff all seemed formal and nervous. All in all they need to chill a bit more. The chef obviously yearns for a Michelin star but I'm not sure he'll get one.

Het voorgerecht met rode mul was geweldig. De service opgewekt met veel jonge mensen om ons heen. We genoten van de duik in het zwembad, de wandeling met de boswachter en de heerlijke wijn. We komen zeker terug.
