We were just out for a drive to give my son a change of scenery, when he asked can we get a drink and maybe an ice. The sprite and coffee were fine but the 3 ices we ordered was fascinating. Water ice with squirty fake cream that melted and ran all over the plate before we had a chance to eat it. 3 plain ices (3 small scoops )+ 1 coffee + 1 sprite = €25.75. A complete rip off and maybe why we were the only customers at this time. Maybe we caught them on a bad day.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your feedback. I discussed this matter with my wife, who helped you wirh your orders and our chef. At the time you arrived I myself was in the restaurant. Before you entered our restaurant you monitored our pricelist, also the pricelist for our Ice creams. You entered our restaurant and asked for a children ice cream. In our restaurant we call this a "schatkistje" ( a treasurebox). It's a small icecream with a little surprise in it. My wife did explain this to you. So you ordered three small ice creams. One ice cream is our speciality: Mojoto Ice. It's a speacial Ice because of the alcohol. Also this is more expensive than the regalur ice creams. My wife did also explained this to you. We made the icecreams and there were surely frozen when they arrived at your table. During and afterwards your stay my wife asked you if everything was allright. And you sayed it was ok! Why don't you say you're not satisfied during your stay ? And you've seen the prices before you entered our restaurant ? I think it's rather unfair to complain afterwards on Iens! Sincerly, Viktor Terpstra Owner of Hotel restaurant Cuba Libre
