Food was excellent. I ordered the Poulee d'angules (thinly sliced eel in garlic butter with tiny shrimps (OMG Tres Bien!) and Octopus on sliced potatoes (Galatienne) was perfectly cooked / not chewy. Companion ordered Foie Gras appetizer and Tatin de Carnard. Dessert was sorbet de with eau de vie. Tres Awesome! Superb!!! Room was served around 8 PM - one seating. Worth the trip. Left enlightened. Menu is brief, but it is impressive cooking, did not disappoint.
