About the restaurant Hôtel Restaurant Yoann CONTE, bord du lac

“Je fais revivre les plats mythiques de Marc Veyrat en y apportant mon identité », ce sont les mots de Yoann Conte, ce breton d’origine élève du fameux Chef au chapeau que l’on ne présente plus.

Essai réussi pour le jeune Chef. Un lieu magique d’abord, à la fois hôtel et restaurant, au pied de la montagne, agrémenté comme un petit chalet avec une salle tout de bois vêtue. Côté cuisine, après être aller ramasser les plantes sauvages, en compagnie de Marc Veyrat, qui aromatiseront ses plats, le Chef s’attachera à vous servir une cuisine terroir et tradition, inventive et colorée, saine et vivifiante.

Prolonger votre séjour ici autant qu’il vous plaira mais attention vous risquer fort d’y prendre goût.
