Happy with everything
The veranda area was perfect even though it was very windy outside. The cafe curtains worked well and you could still see the view
Although the views are beautiful, it's a shame the venue doesn't do table service and the written menu sounds great but the actual reality is underwhelming. Sorry Jack Rabbit!
Casual dining with outstanding views. Mid week is delightful as it is not too busy. I have been on a weekend and it can be very crowded and noisy. Meals were of good quality and great value for money. Showed off well local produce. Wines very reasonably priced at cellar door prices.
Very consistent high level of food, wine and service.
Nice view and wines. Good for relaxing.
Fantastic views and great venue.
Always a lovely place for lunch. Great views, food and service

Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit. Will be back.
The view, service and food was fantastic. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful
A great dining experience!
Incredible venue with a choice of cafe or fine dining options. Food in cafe was delicious with lots of choice. Wine list also had good choice and was good value. Overall highly recommended. Good idea to book ahead.
A great way to spend a relaxing Sunday afternoon with loved ones. Fantastic views, need to come back in summer.
seats were cold and would be good in winter to have cushions on the seats.
We felt the food and drinks were terrific but it was so busy in there and we ended up kind of stuck in a corner with not much room. It wasn't overly comfortable so we ended up going elsewhere for coffee. Our plates were also not cleared at all so this made the table very full.

Food for every bunny
The House of Jack Rabbit is the cellar door and tasting room of the popular Jack Rabbit winery in Bellarine. Perched right on the tip of the peninsula, the café enjoys sweeping views of Corio Bay, even across to the You Yangs mountains. Relax on the sunny deck or in front of the Luminaire fireplaces nestled in the tranquil vineyard and sip on a vintage Jack Rabbit wine. The winery also has a more formal fine-dining restaurant; however the ‘House’ is a lot more laidback, with casual, café-style breakfasts, lunches, dinners and, of course, wine tastings. Manager Lyndsay Sharp is enthusiastic and friendly, on hand to help with any questions about the café, restaurant or the award-winning Jack Rabbit wines. You might come for the wines, but you’ll stay for the food at the House of Jack Rabbit. The bunny knows best!
