My partner and I recently had dinner at Humo, and while the location had potential, our experience was less than ideal. The rooftop terrace felt overcrowded, as if extra tables had been squeezed in to maximize reservations. With only one server and the manager working the floor, it was clear they were understaffed. It took a while for our drinks to arrive, and when we politely inquired about our order, we received a rather odd response: "The restaurant is full, and there are too many orders." While I understand the challenges of a busy evening, having insufficient staff shouldn’t be an excuse for slow service – especially at this price point. The meat was decent, but definitely overpriced for the quality. Additionally, the side of potatoes was disappointing, with half of them arriving cold. Overall, while the setting was nice, the experience was underwhelming and didn’t live up to the restaurant's reputation or pricing.
