This was the best meal we had in Bologna. Service was impeccable. Dishes were complex and delicious. The staff was friendly and very inviting. It was just a superb experience. Don’t leave Bologna without eating here!

This restaurant deserves a Michelin star. It is outstanding in every way. The ambience is white linen gorgeous, the art on the ceiling is spectacular. The food is very creative and very good. The staff is attentive, quiet, and efficient. My one disappointment was the sommelier’s choice of a red wine to accompany my pork dish. It was too young. So, if that is my only critical comment, you know how overall terrific the restaurant is.

Everything was well, except the fact that the breadcrumbs were not cleaned from my table till dessert. They would put the plates with the dishes on them. And also, from 3 wines my husband chose they had none, he was lucky with the 4th one. Otherwise, the service was very good, the waiters were kind and would serve us quite promptly. The place is amazing, we liked the food and atmosphere. We would definitely come back with pleasure.

The food was unbelievably bad. We eat at a lot of restaurants with tasting menus and expect the taste and plate design to be impressive at the price charged but the food was tasteless and the plate design was forgettable. Additionally the portion sizes were unusually small and we left still hungry. Really would not recommend this restaurant.

May I ask what specific dishes you found tasteless? As it is not clear from your comment and all feedbacks of our esteemed Guests are always taken into highly consideration to improve. Moreover, have you expressed your concerns to our staff during dinner service? As I didn’t receive any negative feedback in the last days. For the next time, I invite you not to hesitate to express directly to our staff all your concerns. As far as the “forgettable” plate design, allow me to express my astonishment, as a lot of our Guests even share photos of our dishes on their social media! We came here on holiday and saw pictures of this restaurant online so we thought we would try it out. The service was top tier and the food was so creative and delicious! My husband is a chef, so he’s fairly hard to please but we both very much enjoyed our experience here. Grazie!
