We loved the restaurant. The owner was our waiter and so prideful of the history. The grottos were very special. We all had the filets and they were so tender and delicious.

An amazing experience, previous reviews praising this place are spot on. Great host, great setting, great food and great price as well. His garden is really an orchard and not be missed. As good as it gets.

Situato nel cuore del centro storico sorrentino, incastonato come un verde smeraldo fra i vicoletti della città, ”I Giardini di Tasso” è fra gli ultimi scorci del paesaggio Sorrentino del 500. Il locale, sito in un ”decumano minore” via più antica, è racchiuso dalla cinta muraria del XVI a pochi passi dalla porta di Parsano Nuova.

L'ampia sala è immersa in un esteso e caratteristico giardino di 4000 mq. dove prevalgono secolari alberi di arance e limoni che creano un'oasi capace di risvegliare i sensi. Gli archi riconducibili all'invasione turca del 1500 testimoniano la vera storia di Sorrento. La cucina nel rispetto della tradizione, offre un connubio tra i prodotti di mare e di terra esaltandone i profumi e i sapori.
