The waitress was super friendly! All the dishes we ordered were well executed and presented. The tartare di tonna was delightful, the bistecca perfectly seared/cooked like I wanted and the limon sorbet: IN-CRE-DIBLE! Also, the spaghetti alla carbonara was way better than the ones we had in Roma and Napoli. Sorry not sorry! Grazie mille!

We were the only couple eating at the time, as it was low season, early evening, rainy & cool, and were provided with impeccable service, and the highest quality food. We enjoyed one of the best meals of our Italy trip at Il Borghetto. Possibly the most delicious beef tartar I have ever had. Superb wine, excellent pasta with long neck clams. Grazie Liliana e Massimo! See you again!!
