Branzino all’amo pelle croccante e con la SUA bottarga. Ed era vero. Essicata apposta e neanche a dirlo armoniosa proprio perché appartenente al pesce. Primo davvero semplicissimo e gustoso e dolce da urlo semifreddo zabaione con caramello salato. E siccome ho dormito bene e digerito perfettamente la cena (di ieri) come dice Heinz da Roma può dirsi compiuta e davvero eccellente. Bravissimi.

Very good. But you should not go by public transport. Otherwise, there is a 25 minute walk in a montain, in the middle of the road. But the restaurant is pretty good.
