Buglione, restaurant, bar, pizzeria is located in the main square of Montecatini with wood handmade tables on the medievil stones from where you can see the important Belfiore tower and feel the serenity of the village. The chef is Stefania (the owner) who was the owner and chef of Miniera hotel and Taverna del minatore restaurant too during 20 years. Here she uses all fresh and genuine food. All cold cuts and cheeses are local and let that the plate can be like an explosion for the mouth and a festival to the eyes. Ravioli butter and sage, Medicei with burrata chees, pesto and rucola, pappardelle with boar, meat grilled, cut with balsamic vinegar and pine nuts, with colonnata lard, boar in salmí, Buglione's tiramisú cake, tarts and more other specialities to find out.
