We enjoyed every moment at Il Frantoio. The setting is great in an old Olive Press and Cellar, the service is impeccable and the food outstanding. Authentic Tuscan cuisine with a modern twist. We did the tasting menu and every dish was wonderful. We hope to return one day. Thank you for making my birthday special.

This place was an outstanding find. We celebrated our anniversary there and both went for the five-meal, which was a great value for the quality of the food. The chef combines unique ingredients to make exquisite but delicious dish creations. The ambiance in a small but typical Italian town with a medieval charm makes the experience all the more rewarding. The server always seemed to put great value in our input as well when it came to wine preferences and other suggestions he could make. We will certainly be visiting this restaurant again someday.

Italian classics but with a modern twist that elevates traditional dishes into the 21st century. Plated with style and technically accomplished the menu was accompanied with an interesting and occasionally eclectic wine list. Recommend.

Food was great. Service did not match the quality of the food. Waiter was nice but when the restaurant filled up he was rarely seen and needed to be flagged down.

Interesting classy menu. Each dish we had was excellent and service was efficient and friendly. Not cheap (€120 for two) but worth the money because of the quality of the food.

The restaurant was a delightful surprise when we entered. It was simply a door on the street but when we entered it had a charming atmosphere decorated with old grinding implements in a cave-like setting. Our waiter was charming and attentive and food was fabulous. Would highly recommend this restaurant!

Authentic atmosphere of a 500 years old cellar. Food and wine choice outstanding. Smoked spaghetti, scallops and Bistecca Fiorentina just amazing. Service was so friendly!
