A rare pearl among our careful selection of the best addresses right now

Excellent
Excellent
Everything was delicious, and the servise was excellent. They brought Italian and Toscana eating culture close to us. We will come again!
Best meal we have had in Florence. Great dishes cooked with fresh ingredients and accompanied by good selection of wines. Will definitely go back.
We enjoyed our dinner at Il Ricettario. The restaurant is specialized in Tuscan traditional food in a modern casual setting. They have a small varying menu, but that would also mean that chef has more control over the quality, The wine list also nice, even the basic wine was good enough. Will definitely visit again.
Excellent Tuscan food just a few minutes from Uffizi's. Great service, nice atmosphere. I may only recommend it! Easily 10/10. My only regret is that I was so full after an appetizer and main dish that I had to share my dessert - which I could not resist - with my husband.
Excellent in every way ! The service , our waiter was very welcoming & professional.. The food was extremely delicious & good sized portions . A very nice atmosphere.. a nice break for lunch after walking around the Ponte Vecchio, I would definitely recommend this restaurant and hope to revisit ..
The cod was delicious
Found this restaurant by chance, it gave us a perfect experience of high quality food, hospitality and typical atmosphere. We are prepared to return at any time as the visit of ‚il Ricettario‘ completes a visit to Firenze at its best. We tried several dishes of the menu, all perfectly served, fantastic taste, affordable prices, welcome feeling during the stay. Hope to have the chance to get back soon!
Incredible! I do not know how the Michelin guide skipped this place, but it definately should be given a Bip Gourmand status. Coherent menu with just a couple choices, refined and beloved Toscan dishes. Really good and attentive service that could be missed in other places we tried. The head server and one of the owners was great help in choosing wine and finally we ended up buying some of their home winery's bottles. A little bit austere from the exterior and not as inviting as your typical trattorias, but very clean and quite cosy inside. The food is incredible, well searched recipes inspired from typical homemade food. Generous, livelly and humble restaurant for those not searching for tourist traps.
Our waiter was impecable. His wine service was particularly expert and professional. The menu was diverse and while I'm not one for having too much choice it was refreshing to be offered something different yet so authentically local. We shared an appetizer, had a main each and shared a dessert. A perfect evening.
Food was excellent
In downtown location near the Ponte Vechio, the interesting menu showcases Tuscan regional dishes and Tuscan ingredients. The small but curated menu and wine list are well explained by the enthusiastic staff. Let them take you on a Tuscan culinary journey.
Eccellente
Everything was perfect. Good service. Delicious food.
Best food from Toscana that I ever tried, seasoning was perfect and the meat was melting in my mouth, highly recommended!!!
Excellent food, good wine, very nice service. I highly recommend this place.
Ottimo!
Amazing food, simply delicious ???? from pasta to Bacala, a delight for your taste bud! Regarding wine ????, ask for the one prepared by the owner, you won’t regret it!
It was a real pleasure to eat here ! The food was delicious. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The wine (Chardonnay) was a great discovery and not what we are used to drink for a Chardonnay.
Great service and realy good food. Definitely recommended this place! Without a doubt, it stands out from other Florentine restaurants we visited.
