The ambiance when you enter the restaurant patio was so welcoming. The service and food by the owner and the rest of the staff was top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Each course we chose was great. We had the grilled octopus, the pasta with sausage and the grilled fish. Definitely a go to restaurant in Positano.

The worst restaurant we’ve been to in Positano! After being seated upon arrival, we waited for about 30 minutes before stopping a waitress to ask for water and service. She was surprised and quite rude when we asked! Our appetizers were delivered cold and dinner was over cooked and definitely not fresh! This was so disappointing after so many great reviews and it’s quite a journey up the mountain by car. We were driven home by the restaurant van and several other guests in the van shared the same terrible experience. I would definitely not recommend!

We had a nice dinner at Il Ritrovo. The food quality was good, portions however were a little small. The service was very good, we had a very attentive and helpful waiter. The view was disappointing, though it was high up on the hill, the surroundings were not that attractive, and we did not have a good view of Positano. Overall, my rating would be just satisfactory.

Food was great, everyone was friendly, but service was terrible. Forgot my drink, 1hr between appetizer and meal, tables were coming and going all next to us so maybe we just personally had a bad experience. Food was great.

Nice location, view and people. Just a bit order mistake. I think the server forgot to place order so we waited. To correct, we started with salad then pasta and then the anti pasta. A little mixed up but not offended. Mistakes happen and nice apologies.

Excellent service, nice wine list, phenomenal food and accurate pricing for the area. Our favorite dinner in Positano and we ate several high end, good dinners. Tip: make sure to call and confirm your shuttle pickup day of reservation.

We loved Il Ritrovo so much that we went back a second time! The complimentary shuttle was very convenient; the staff was warm, welcoming & attentive; the ambience was lovely; the prices were reasonable, and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS! We ordered the grilled octopus both times - it was simply to die for! Another standout was the black truffle ravioli. It was my favorite pasta of our entire trip! Highly recommend!

Such a great place: amazing view, super kind staff and the most delicious food in Positano! Ideally to go by shuttle, just call the restaurant and tell them the pick up point, otherwise the parking might be difficult.

Amazing choice by my wife. Totally out of town but they picked us up and dropped us home and we got some amazing shots of Positano en route. Food was great and really good value. Fantastic wine list. Service swift and attentive, but didn’t rush us at all. Would highly recommend

Great food and really appreciated the shuttle service. Upmarket food but relaxed atmosphere (family oriented) with a cat, dog and ants hanging about. Clean though - the insects were outside but crawling up the glass right next to our table. A very busy restaurant with great views.
