Always great pizza
Great food especially the pizza. A bit loud in the outside seating area. Will be back.
Exceptional. They also cater for Coeliacs which is great.
Molto bene. Love the pizza
The waitress was very friendly and gave us good recommendations on the popular dishes. We had 2 pizza’s and 2 pasta dishes which were great. The rocket salad was a bit disappointing as it was basically leaves and could have done with a nice dressing as was a bit dry. Overall a very pleasant restaurant and excellent communication from staff around booking etc.
Pizza was delicious... Italian wine Devine
Great pizzas, great pastas. Had pasta last night for a change. Very tasty and well presented. ORECCHIETTE CON CREMA was very tasty. Meat ragout very good.
Great food and the service was really good, would recommend to family and friends, we will also be back again and again. The heaters were set at perfect settings, so very comfortable. Thanks Carol Cork
Mixed review - booked a table earlier in the day! Arrived with people who walked in ! They got an inside table, we were outside! Not very friendly - staff under pressure maybe? We waited a long time for our Entrees but were delicious - mixed meat platter and calamari. Mains were disappointing- prawn pasta - 6 small prawns, dry, had to ask for More sauce - kitchen was closed! But managed to get a small ramekin with a little more sauce. My chicken was charred (burnt) presentation awe full - it was ok, I wouldn’t have served it at home - I was hungry by this stage! Not at all friendly - so disappointed as the wharf is the place to go on the sunny coast apparently
Nice food and small but good wine list.
Our pizzas were delicious. The woodfired base was just perfect, and the toppings we chose , Capriccosa and Formagi, were very tasty and looked great too when they arrived. We will be back.
This was our first time going and the setting was beautiful with a vibe atmosphere. The food however was quite average, no cracked pepper for the pizzas, the calamari was a little oily and the marinara pasta was a small serving with little to no (Napoli) sauce. The cocktail we had definitely wasn’t shaken as the there was chunks of sugar on the bottom. Though we had 2 really lovely and friendly servers, one, who was working behind the bar, was quite miserable and rude.
Went here twice in one weekend so it’s obviously great! Authentic food and amazing service. Only complaint that I have is that the children’s pasta at 15 dollars is priced too high. For that price it should include fruit or veg or a drink or dessert or something. Otherwise awesome experience!
Had an awesome meal with great drinks and excellent service, this restaurant is amazing
The restaurant was located in a good location at the Wharf Mooloolaba with plenty of parking. The food was really good and complimented with an extensive list of non and alcoholic beverages.
For an Italian restaurant, I would have expected their cured meats to have been served with a little olive oil and perhaps some crusty bread, rather than burnt toast. My pasta dish was bland and lacking in seasoning - a total disappointment. The wait staff seemed to be in the room but were rarely attentive. Will not return.
Our table was ready to go including my baby’s high chair request. The welcome was warm and genuine. The ordering was prompt and service was fast. Thank you for helping us when our baby was upset.
Great food and authentic service. If I was a local I would definitely return. I know my friends in Sippy Downs will enjoy more meals there.
Il Vento always delivers really good authentic food, great service and reasonable prices. The pizzas are delicious and the desserts are divine. Whats not to love?
As always really good!
