5.5/10I think that anyone who likes pasta cannot miss this legend that is Il Vero Alfredo. The dish that gives the house its name is very good. Unfortunately, the service is one of those in which the restaurant is more important than the customer. Your opinion of where you want to sit, with the restaurant still empty, doesn't count for much. It's worth the table the waiter wants you to sit at. It reminds you of the times when the teacher would tell you which table would be at school. The atmosphere is elegant. The dish is ready in minutes, reminiscent of fast food, but don't miss it. Because of fame, the price is honest.

10/10We all loved it! The waiter was really nice, the Fetuccini Alfredo delicious!! My daughters had veal scaloppine and also loved it! I was here 25 years ago with my father and wanted my family to try it.

5.5/10Maitre’d was very rude. I was early which was not allowed and he told me to go outside and have a drink. Then he had my reservation for only 2, instead of 4 and made me feel like an idiot. After a good meal, not great, I did show him my reservation and that I had made it correctly and he and then he was slightly nicer. He seemed very pleased to everyone else.

6/10The impression I had was that we should order and eat soon because there was another reservation for after 1 hour. I didn't feel comfortable enjoying wine and chatting with friends. We were asked to order all the dishes straight away. The food left something to be desired. but it's not bad.

3.5/10Waiters are not allowing you to feel the ambiance and relax. They look at you as a money and turn over. İf you finish than you go. You are not a human you are a pocket in this restaurant. Bon Apetit!

9/10The service was great. The Spice is very cozy. They prepare the fettuccine Alfredo in front of you and it's interesting to watch. Good choice for a date. It is important to point out that it's probably the only restaurant in Italy that serve Alfredo. So, it is a touristic place with touristic prices. I didn''t even hear Italian spoken around the tables. The food was tasty, no doubt. I would call it once in a lifetime experience: I don't find reasons for a second time.

7/10The restaurant and service needs to be renewed The fettucine Alfredo get cold in a very short period of time. They are not served on hot plates, time is lost in serving them in order to present a show not worth it. The show of serving is the same I saw in 1968 when I went there for the first time. The desert, the copa Alfredo was not good in the taste of 3 customers. The profiterol asked by2 customers were quite poor in their opinion.

4.5/10Chose this place because our son’s favorite meal is fettuccine Alfredo and we thought he would get a kick out of seeing it made table side like we had done on a previous trip many years ago at the Alfredo alla Scrofa restaurant. This place’s ambience was cold and more hollow feeling and the Alfredo was prepared at a table in the middle of the restaurant without any explanation of what was going on. We ordered a fried appetizer and the oil temp was too low in the fryer, so all of the veggies were saturated in oil. We ordered one original Alfredo, one carbonara, one amatriciana, and one cacio e pepe. They were all pure salt and none seemed all that freshly made other than the Alfredo which we saw prepared (it was still quite salty). Could barely eat half of the others before just giving up. What we thought would be a neat, albeit touristy, experience for our son turned out to be a big disappointment. Wish we had gone back to alla Scrofa- that place was also a bit touristy, but at least a better overall experience to check off trying the “original Alfredo”.

10/10I had the pleasure of dining at Alfredo de Roma during our recent visit to Rome, and I must say, my initial perception of it being a touristy spot was pleasantly shattered. Recommended by friends, I decided to have lunch with my children, and the experience was truly delightful. The Fettuccine Alfredo was an absolute highlight of our meal. The creamy texture and the perfectly cooked pasta were amazing.

4.5/10The staff was only one good thing in this restsurant… Old furniture, interior greatly needs renovation, terrible WC, cozyless and dark restaurant… The meal without fantazy, without design, absolutly doesn’t correlate with degustation meniu price. Don’t reccomend for anyone.
