Understaffed so slow service. Food okay

One of our favourite places to eat with great service, food and ambience. Highly recommended. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Felt comfortable in these covid times.

Lovely food in a great setting. We really enjoyed our meal there and will definitely be back again next year. Only suggestion would be for a better selection of soft drinks.

This place has went through the roof since it was “Bobby Jones”. It’s fab simple as that. Don’t miss it. Now a superb Italian with innovative food I cannot fault it at all

Fabulous setting, very good food, and kind service. Seems to need a bit more organization in terms of the kitchen - the food took ages to come - and table service - very kind but too many come to serve us

Service was hit and miss. What really spoilt it was the television. We were at a table just inside the restaurant in front of the patio. I had in my eye view the television showing pathetic and awful wrestling. So inappropriate especially with lots of children and the level of fake violence associated with this ‘sport’. Why on earth would anyone going to a very nice restaurant want to watch this rubbish. Televisions and restaurants do not mix unless it is a sports bar. For this reason we would not recommend this restaurant

In Il Vero the ambiance and setting are incredible, the food was very good and the greeting and the service friendliness too. However, the service, specially the drinks (like cocktails or sangria that need to be made) are too slow and we only had our drinks after we finished our meal. Might be the place we were or the night itself, but we really struggled to have the waiters attention to ask for things.

The menu is extensive but some dishes were unavailable. no salmon or clams, the starters were good but our main courses were very poor indeed. We will not be rushing back.

Great service by Ruben and Willian. They treat my autistic son on his 17th birthday like a king. Love staying at the resort and the service here is second to none

Was quite expensive for two courses, glasses of wine and coffee, but food was very good, the portions were large and service was good. Out of the five restaurants we have been to in our week here it was the most expensive.

This restaurant has fantastic service and serves great quality authentic Italian dishes. Best restaurant experience of our holiday and we’ve been visiting the area for many years. I would definitely return (in fact we did) and I would highly recommend.
