Friendly and knowledgeable. Spoke really good English which ways useful for us. Had the tasting menu for two and it was delicious. Only wish we were here long enough to go back and try some more dishes!

First i dont speak Netherlands and evrybody speaks english wich is good, the staff us extreamlt nice and beeing served by the owner is a good gester. The food is very DELICIOUS, the portions are generous and the place is really 'ice and beautiful. It was my first time for indonisian food and certainly not the last time ????????????

We often go out, in this gorgeous city of Alkmaar. There are many lovely & “gezellige” places. Yet this is THE place worth visiting. Exquisite “rijst tafel”. Authenticity in food and genuine warmth of their people have made it the restaurant to go out to, enjoy, and savor both amazing food as well as getting the hospitality of Alkmaar.

We love “rijsttafels,” after doing a wide search online, we landed on this restaurant. Absolutely loved it. Nice ambiance, good social distancing without feeling it. The waiter was excellent, kindest, most personalized service we’ve experienced. My father was so impressed he wanted to make sure to thank the gentleman before we left. Super tasty, nice ambiance. Will def be back.

We had the perfect experience of indonesian hostality and taste. The rice table was phenomenal and the staff was unbelievable friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Very welcoming staff. The food was outstanding! Very pleasant experience. Well deserving of their rating. The price for the Rijstaffel was more than fair considering amount you receive. Wine selection was good as well.
