Onze keuken kent een scala van smaken en gerechten, waardoor al het geserveerde niet slechts van één streek of eiland afkomstig is. Onze specialiteiten zijn dan ook een weergave van de diversiteit uit alle windstreken van Indonesië maar wel met de verfijnde smaak van West- en Midden-Java.

- Onze proeverij past mooi bij de hedendaagse manier om uw diner naar eigen smaak en wensen in te vullen. De basis van de proeverij bestaat uit verschillende smakelijke gerechten en deze kunt u naar eigen inzicht verder uitbreiden. U kunt ook kiezen voor de rijsttafel; een feestelijke tafel met de heerlijkste Indonesische gerechtjes! Bij dit ‘feestmaal’ wordt, aan u als gast, de verscheidenheid in gerechten en smaken van de Indonesische keuken gepresenteerd. Van belang is dat zowel geur, kleur en smaak in evenwicht is. De samenstelling van kleine gerechtjes maakt dat u van de diversiteit van de Indonesische keuken kunt proeven en telkens weer voor nieuwe smaakvariaties komt te staan. 10/10First i dont speak Netherlands and evrybody speaks english wich is good, the staff us extreamlt nice and beeing served by the owner is a good gester. The food is very DELICIOUS, the portions are generous and the place is really 'ice and beautiful. It was my first time for indonisian food and certainly not the last time ????????????

10/10We often go out, in this gorgeous city of Alkmaar. There are many lovely & “gezellige” places. Yet this is THE place worth visiting. Exquisite “rijst tafel”. Authenticity in food and genuine warmth of their people have made it the restaurant to go out to, enjoy, and savor both amazing food as well as getting the hospitality of Alkmaar.
