10/10I'm very familiar with restaurants of this standard and find that usually there's at least one course that I am not impressed with but both my partner and I found every course absolutely delicious, it really was quite exceptional. The food, coupled with a nice relaxed atmosphere, good table spacing and superb service made for a wonderful evening and we look forward to a speedy return.

9/10Truly outstanding service and a warm ambiance add considerably to the experience of a gourmet restaurant. Every dish is a work of art; but, frankly some of them were just too academic. When dishes don;t taste as good as they look, there is work still to be done.

7.5/10The food was underwhelming. There were a lot of ingredients on the dishes that you couldn’t really taste (like the litchi in the dessert or the saffron in the bisque) or some overpowered other flavors like the smoked butter which only tasted like smoke we couldn’t even eat it. It was also very strange that on the menu online and even outside of the restaurant, it says they offer a dinner menu of 5 plates and 7 plates but when we arrived, we were not given the option and only 7 plates were available. The staff also did not explain why.

En quelques années, ma cuisine a beaucoup changé. Ces derniers mois, au plus j’avançais, au plus je la sentais loin de la rudesse évoquée par le nom “Cro Magnon”. Alors aujourd’hui je sors de ma grotte, et j’ouvre désormais mon cœur avec “Inima”, qui sera le nouveau nom de mon restaurant. Ce terme signifie “de tout coeur” en roumain. C’est un clin d'œil à mes racines, à la cuisine de mon enfance, mais également une expression synonyme de passion et de sincérité car je ne sais pas faire les choses à moitié ! L’établissement sera désormais plus en accord avec mes assiettes et mes ambitions.
