Una meta gourmet per andare a gioire della cucina (di carne e pesce) di Tommaso Arrigoni, dotato di stella e ottimi punteggi guidaioli. L’ambiente è gradevole, su due sale che guardano su un bel giardino zen, dove in estate viene allestito anche qualche tavolo, perfetto per cene romantiche.
La cucina di Arrigoni sa mediare sapienza tecnica, creatività e insoliti abbinamenti. Ne nascono felici “matrimoni” in piatti come i Paccheri di Gragnano al pesto di nocciole, moscardini e riduzione di crostacei, gli Gnocchetti di barbabietola e farina di castagne al sugo di anatra o ancora la Picana di vaca vieja al pesto di peperoni, melanzana e burrata, tanto per citarne un paio. Fra le opzioni, anche il Menu Milano, tripudio di risotto, ossobuco ed eccellente cotechino della macelleria Motta. Merita una menzione il menu “6 mezze”, che a un prezzo interessante per questo livello di cucina contempla una degustazione in 6 mezze porzioni.

Very good
The menu is certainly creative and unique. I liked their veal and the Spaghetti with Cocoa and both were very good, worth of a Michelin STAR. I was unimpressed with the starter, it was extremely tiny and overall, I left the restaurant kind of hungry. The brightest star of the place was the sommelier, young ( cool), professional, and very knowledgeable.
Food is great and innovative. Service is okay in the restaurant of this level.
I thing the 1 star is to much
The food is very nice, curious, tasty and well-presented. Unfortunately, the service is disappointing. As the evening progressed and the room got increasingly packed (seriously, the volume of conversation was akin to a pizzeria!), the waiter just dropped the plates in front of us rather than presenting them. food and location are up to what you’d expect for a place in this price-range, but the service and atmosphere were subpar.
Each dish was beautifully crafted, but for our taste was risotto followed by a gnocchi serving too rich for our flavor. The tartar and the pork was the favorite dishes on the menu. The pork was cooked to perfection!
