This restaurant has great potential. The food is creative and some of the dishes were outstanding such as the sweetbreads and the anchovy toast. The service is very pleasant, however they need to work out some of the kinks in the kitchen. Three of the items that we wanted to order were unavailable, which was most of their seafood items. It would also be better to let guests know ahead of time what is not available so that you don’t spend time deciding on what to order and get disappointed when told it isn’t available. Chopped meat for steak tartar is nice but diced meat made for a chewy experience and the dressing overwhelmed the beef. The wine selection by the glass was great and the knowledge of the wine was excellent. Lot of pluses to build on but success will depend on working out the kinks. Good luck!
