Where were the spices? Everything was much the same, so bland. The poppadums we ordered arrived just after/with the mains and were swimming in grease Service was terrible, very slow, especially so considering there were so few customers

Lovely food, excellent value for money, Good service, typically Indian. This was the best meal we’d had in almost 3 weeks and with my wife needing gluten free food, it was very much assuring for my wife after struggling to find a proper gluten free restaurant in France. We still love France and they do some beautiful food but it is difficult to get much “sans gluten/gluten free “ food, you’re offered bread or croutons in salad and there are very few restaurants with gluten-free marked up on the menu’s which would really help. It isn’t anywhere good enough that this hasn’t been achieved in today’s world, with food intolerances that can make you seriously ill. Ishwari is definitely worth a visit!!
