It was here that 200 years ago Napoleon was given the keys to the city of Amsterdam. Today the building houses a cosy restaurant serving delicious ...

Excellent service with interesting tasting dishes.
Simply tongue-caressing food with attention to detail in all aspects. I don't go often enough ;)
Great atmosphere, food and service!
A little way out of town, but very much worth the travel to get to Jacobsz, amazing food, friendly service, order a desert wine for pudding, no cigars for the ‘upstairs’ bar on our visit, sadly, but didn’t spoil a great evening of great food and wine.
Food price is so overrated! Normally I should have payed 150,- for one bottle of Verdejo for 35,- (very flat in taste) and 2 starters and 2 main dishes. After these 2 dishes per person we were so full, lots of butter and fat. Plates were nicely made and the service itself was good. But the place is way too expensive. Would not ever come here again, can easily eat at Rijsel, Domenica or the French Connection for better priced food and a more regional quality.
Fine cuisine in a relaxed setting. Good variety on the menu and a very extensive wine list
Really good experience! Was our first fine dining outing in Amsterdam as we were fortunate enough to experience top class cuisine back when we were in South Africa. Food was tasty, service was friendly and vibe/setting was enjoyable. Would recommend it to anyone. Especially using The Fork app. Thanks!
Well balanced dishes with complementing subtle flavors.
Amazing food, wine and service!
Every time a faboulus journey... Love it!!!!
Service excellent as always
The food quality has improved a lot, service was very nice, but the waiting time between the dishes could have been shorter
Don’t understand your questions and your website won’t give me the English version. We had the taster menu (3 courses), expensive but very good. We would go back there again. Just one thing: The service was very slow.
Great restaurant, great food, great service! Top!
I tried the 3 courses. Starter and main courses delicious and balanced. The dessert, instead, completely wrong for me: the sour taste of rhubarb dominated all other flavors. A composition of 4 different flavors that had nothing to do with each other. A note: you have a good selection of beers from a good Amsterdam Brewery. Would be great if you mention them ;)
Excellent restaurant with excellent food and staff serving it. Great new kitchen with very surprising combinations. Lekker!!!
The service and the atmosphere in jacobz was great. The service was outstanding whereby staff came out with each dish and explained in detail all ingrediants and also give us tasting options for the wine. The food was outstanding and with great flavours. Try the mackerel as starter and the iberico as the main dish. You will not be disappointed.

Jacobsz in Amsterdam-Oost
Good and tasty food for a fair price, that's what Jacobsz is about! A menu with seasonal products supported by an extensive selection of wines. Jacobsz settles in former 'Herberg het Reghthuys' on the Middenweg in vibrant Amsterdam-Oost.
In addition to lunch, dinner and a sunny terrace Jacobsz also has considerable room for events to revive the old inn.
You can reserve the restaurant for a private event (Max. 60 people)
