An attention to the detail combined with great experience and daring yet really well put togerher flavours - congrats to the chef! Thanks for the evening. Even if we didn’t have anything to talk about: the dance the service provided - not intrusive but always present- great wine and exclusive food, we would go happy away. Really worth coming. Great thanks for the people that do this kind of work to make us happier!

AMAZING. Went twice in a row. Got the makrel and both vegetarian appetizers (one was the 5 shades of onion). Desserts both times were marvelous. Better than most Michelin star places I’ve been too. Wine is a very good price here and very fantastic flavors paired perfectly to each dish. Marvelous meals.

World class meals, famous Italian chef, very fancy atmosphere, yet not that expensive :) We had the six course chef’s menu,. The evening started with two entrées, followed by lots of really well prepared food. The lamb especially, and the pasta with pulpo were amazingly delicious. The sommelier was off for the night, unfortunately, and the waiter apologised for the inconvenience. He offered us a glass of white Chardonnay, primitivo for the meats and some sweet wine for the deserts. All wines were from Puglia and they were excellent.

What a beautiful restaurant. Food was beautifully plated and the tastes/textures were impressive. This place should have at least one star. We will definitely be back.

Jamantè greeted us with a calm and lovely lounge in subtle colours. We were asked to wait, enjoying the view of Mare Nostrum with a glass of bubbles and a little snack…. almost finger food. The ambience is calm, with a lot of space and cool design objects. All of a sudden we saw the extensive wine collection… and we realised, that this is a temple - which is why we went back twice. The menu at Jamantè is full of surprises, yet in many ways respectful to the immense and important culinary heritage of Puglia. Chef Roberto Pisciotta has created a perfect balance between the present and the past in the most beautiful presentations I have ever experienced - and sometimes there is a great sense of humour, too; the design of the classical peperoni ripieni is something you will never forget. Flavours are gently balanced, always respecting the raw material and offering new perspectives. We were expertly guided through an extensive wine list by the sommelier, who is also the owner and very friendly director of Jamantè. The staff is very well educated: attentive but never too present.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service was spot on not too pretentiousness but friendly, attentive and knowledgeable….the food and wine were exceptional we look forward to going back…thank you for a lovely evening ????

We’ve been in Italy for seven weeks from north to south and Jamante is the only place we revisited. We have eaten in more expensive restaurants- we have not eaten better food. This chef could make meatloaf taste exotic. The flavors!! The wine list extensive and the restaurant manager very knowledgeable about his wine. The prices are more than reasonable for the outstanding quality. Every dish is a one of a kind. Attentive service? Because we were returning they served us an amuse Boucher different than the other dinners. This is a Michelin star quality experience !!

Food was excellent. Service well above par. Staff well trained. Only complaint was a poor translation of a lamb liver into lamb chop. Good news was the liver was delicious.

From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. We started in the lounge and were served a nice Prosecco and an amouse bouche that was an explosion to the taste buds. We decided on the chefs menu with wine Pairing. It was six courses of food and wine that certainly exhibited the chef and sommeliers expertise. The service was beyond good professional courteous staff Highly recommend it if you are in the area Joe Lombardo. Vancouver Canada
