6.5/10Don't go with big dreams. Pizzas are pretty mediocre. The pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza was so thin that you could see through it. Pizzas are very thin and lacking in flavor. The bowl they served was broken and sloppy.

8/10Excellent customer service! The manager and all the servers were absolutely amazing, it was my birthday and they even decorated the little dessert I had taken with me to celebrate (as a surprise!) and they all sang Happy Birthday to me. I may go back for the ambience and the service, but the food wasn't anything too spectacular. Pizzas were a bit too thin for my liking, but they were okay overall!

8.5/10The restaurant was good. The service staff were so kind took our order and served us with a big smile. It’s possible to pay by card and separate without problems. The food was so delicious.

2/10We were excited when we found a Jamie Oliver’s Pizzeria in Lisbon. This was short-lived. Our waiter - who clearly thought he was a great comedic talent - was intrusive when we were trying to enjoy a quiet family meal. Commented on how much garlic bread one our children ate and the fact we ordered a second glass of wine. Worst of all, he thought it was funny to repeatedly make jokes about our daughter’s severe egg allergy, including suggesting he had actually added an egg to her food. He’s clearly never witnessed a child suffering anaphylaxis. It put our daughter on edge for the whole meal and meant she did not feel safe and wanted to leave as quickly as possible. The food itself was terrible - pizzas were completely tasteless and the lasagne was far too salty. Waiter appeared to take great offence when we declined to order puddings and asked for our bill - which he did not even bring; we had to get up and go to the till and ask another member of waiting staff to let us pay. Absolutely diabolical experience - no wonder the place was almost empty. Surprised Jamie is happy to have his name attached to this place. Best avoided.

10/10Staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The menu has some nice choices and it’s a place that we often head to as always good value. The house wine is also very nice and priced well.

9.5/10We had a large group of around 20 people, the reservation was very well taken care of. The staff was attentive and many accommodations were made t guarantee a good service. Would dine again.
