Excellent
Actually, the food taste is fine but the price is not reasonable, quite expensive while the dishes are small. The room is just like a studio, not bring restaurant atmosphere. However, service is good, the waiter is so nice and kind.
Accueil enthousiaste, excellents plats,
Fresh quality food
We were hosted by the owner of the place, that clearly manages this restaurant as his life project. The food was great. We were two and took 3 main courses, one to share for entry. All was properly cooked and tasty. In respect to atmosphere, do not expect to seat in a fantastic room because there is no seating room. There is a nice outdoor atmosphere particular to this corner of the city, but inside you can only eat at high tables of balcony-type. We opted for inside as it was a bit chilly and really enjoyed the casual environment, listening Brel and observing the Church of Notre-Dame de Bon Secours.
Excellent food, excellent wine. Nice table outside. Service was good, but we waited a little bit to get the food. Overall, a very nice experience.
Top kwaliteit!
Very nice service and fresh food! We really enjoyed our dinner at this place. The staff was very nice and the place is very cosy! We ate outside and they protected our tabel against rain.
Small Mediterranean restaurant in a very cute hidden corner of Brussels. We were sitting on the terrace just at a cross-way in front of a delightful church. The quality of the ingredients is clearly high, something you can definitely taste and see! While the menu is not huge, you can be sure the few selected dishes are seasonal/freshly sourced. We will certainly be back - such a nice find!
Cozy and relaxing, refined flavours with an interesting selection of wines and spirits. We have spent a nice romantic lunch for two, totally satisfied! Thank you.
Really nice and welcoming staff, helpful with suggesting wine pairings and great service. We had the cold cuts board, cannelloni and tartare. Food and wine were both amazing, and the athmosphere is lovely, would definitely come back!
We booked a table for our first anniversary. The reviews we read made us want to try this restaurant. And it was a pleasant surprise. The quality of the food is really top notch. It was very good and in more than sufficient quantity. Served nicely on beautiful plates. We know that the food is fresh because it is a small menu and some dishes were sold out. Drinks (excluding wines) are maybe a bit expensive. This is a small establishment (wine bar) located in a nice and more or less lively corner of the center of Brussels. The owners are smiling and welcoming. We even got a few gifts and surprises for the occasion. We had a great time. Thanks again.
Very pleasant restaurant in a lively street of Brussels’ historical city center. Excellence of the wines and products, charming staff and service. The seating area inside is very limited, more like high chairs at the counter. But lovely tables outside in a pedestrian street. We had an excellent meal, with high quality products and traditional home made cooking. Delicious!
At this venue you will find very cordial staff and good food. They will walk you through the menu pointing out the highlights such as the high quality of the food bought from local sellers. The meat tartare was up to the high expectations. The other food (a salad of a "herring-like" fish and a calamari a la plancha dish) had a lot of character with their strong flavours, a bit too much for my taste, but worth the try. Also, after we paid the bill, the host offered us a glass of Porto, it was a nice touch. On the negative side : I think that 8 euro for a single bottle of water is beyond expensive.
Excellent quality of food, fresh and lovely seasoned. Several wines are proposed by glass to match with the dishes (or without if you’re not eating). We had our food with a glass of white and red wine. Staff (the owners) was very friendly and keen to serve! All simply great, we’ll return soon!
I am keen on this kind of gem in town. The place is rather a wine bar, however the food on the menu was delicious, slowly cooked. Don't miss this place in the vibrant St Jacques neighborhood.
Correct restaurant. Caneloni good. Steak tartar was not as we expected ( only raw meat with a truffle sauce on top). Water 8€ and 1 bottle of beer 6€( little expensive).
The most welcoming staff I have had in almost three years in Brussels! Great place for a nice dining out. Good selection of international wines.
It was very nice and friendly service. We had the calamari and Tatar. Especially the calamari we are amazing and astonishing maybe the best I ever had. For the more also the wine was great and good recommendation of the service. We will go back soon
Greave good and service. 10 star rating!!!
Every choice is made carefully and everybody is really nice and carefull to your needs, wide choice of wines, I'll definitly come back.
