9/10Although this restaurant is tucked away it was well worth the 10 euro taxi ride from our hotel. The ambiance is warm and inviting added to by the incredible lighting and decor. The menus are back lit which makes them easy to read. The food quality is excellent albeit a tad expensive. On the night we were there it was not well attended so lacked atmosphere. The service was good and I would certainly say give this one a chance. I paid 250 euro for two meals of which the wine was approx 80euro.

5/10The ambience is pleasant and the staff were lovely. However the crab was obviously frozen and served with a poor mayonnaise, and slightly off caviar. The artichoke heart was tinned, and tasteless. The beef cheek was good, but tasteless, and served with a very plain mashed potatoes. The lamb was good. The stir fried vegetables that came with the main course poor; greasy and overcooked. Whilst the meal sounded great and was well/ interestingly presented they were hugely overpriced for what was finally produced. A great shame.

9.5/10We were very excited to visit this place which was recommended to us. Our plan was to have an extensive and memorable Dinner. Once seated at a very nicely decorated table we noted a strong perfume smell that made us feel uncomfortable and caused uneasiness. The attendants explained that they do not use any ambiance perfume or spray. We chose another table hoping that some outside ventilation would make the smell disappear. We decided to stay, however to shorten our dinner plans and exclude wine. We did not feel comfortable to enjoy a nice dinner celebration with a permanent perfume smell in our noses. We were quite sad that our dinner did not develop as planned. The food though was excellent. The inside decoration is a little over the top and falls into a kitschy pattern.

9/10The Place is sooo lovely ! Location, Service and the Place itself are very great and you will have a moment out of the classic Tenerife environment. The Menu is quite large with a very good choice and Drinks, Vegetarian alternatives and really Kids Menu offering (not only Nuggets). The Meals were very good and we really enjoyed it ! The Cocktails especially were amazing !! The only piece which didn't value the price were the Starters (Canelloni & Gnocchi). They are very classic, nothing special but for +20€ each, it is too short. Of course it is more expensive that the restaurants around but you will really enjoy it for sure ! Not recognized enough, go there and you won't regret it :-)

5/10We've been there at 6:55pm, the restaurant opens at 7pm. The door was open, the "open" sign was visible. The waiter greeted us with a glance to his watch asking us what we are doing here. The food was disappointing. The meat was not tender, mashed potatoes without salt. At least it was fresh. A well-sounding menu doesn't make a gourmet restaurant...

10/10Absolutely fabulous evening for valentines. Fiona and her team could not do enough in terms of service and making sure we were comfortable. The room was decorated beautifully. Really special valentines this year.

4/10Extremely disappointing. Starter was cold and main course was nothing like described. Waiters were very apologetic and we left very dissatisfied. At least we weren’t charged! Would rather have had a decent meal and paid after all the effort to get there. Very overrated. Be careful.

4/10We’ve previously been to this restaurant so it was an easy choice for my husband’s 50th birthday. Unfortunately the whole experience was a complete disaster! We arrived 10mins prior our booking very excited and so looking forward to our evening! It took the staff 45mins to acknowledge us! When finally we’ve got the chance to order drinks the waitress spilled half of the wine on the table said “Jesus” and disappeared leaving the mess! Another member came to clean the table but never passed their mind to change the glasses or to bring new bottle! By this point we were considering leaving, but it was way to late to look for another restaurant! The visit was so unpleasant so we decided to skip the starters & order the main , so at least we have had some food! Meanwhile the staff remained completely careless! It meant nothing to them spoiling our night! No comment was made when we said we would never comeback!

The only small element to let it down is the fact there weren’t many people in there and it felt a little quiet. Why it’s quiet with service & food of this quality, I have no idea! Otherwise I can’t fault it

5/10Below expectations in every way. Food was good but nothing exceptional. Rather limited menu and we did order some cocktails ( Cosmopolitan and Dry Martini) but unfortunately they did nor stand up to our epectations. Can not recommend this place for dining Sorry

10/10We had a fabulous evening and I would go to say it was the best night of our dinner experiences . Better than the one Michelin star we went to in RitzCarlton. When there was a problem they corrected immediately, the pianist was wonderful and Music selected just right for the surroundings. Thank you for a great evening and on our return to Tenerife we will certainly see you again.

10/10Very nice food in a great atmosphere. The restaurant really looks amazing and the waiters were extremely hospitable. Definitely a place to go when you are in Tenerife!

5.5/10Over priced for what was average food in my opinion. Our starters were good but unfortunately our main courses lacked seasoning and flavour and underwhelmed. The food does not live up to the opulent setting and aspirations and left feeling disappointed and out of pocket. Also very surprised that the restaurant doesn’t serve Cava and only champagne - again highlighting in my opinion the prestige it’s aiming for but unfortunately falling short.

9/10This is an exceptional restaurant, with great service and top quality food. The restaurant is decorated in a quirky style and had a live singer. Unfortunately, the restaurant was empty on the night we were there.

10/10The restaurant was a little difficult to find and then when found we couldn’t get in! The entrance for non residents is on the main road . Luckily we managed to call the hotel and they suggested coming round through the reception. We are delighted we persevered. WOW what a beautiful place everything was great, excellent food ,good service and atmosphere. The prices would possibly surprise a lot of people here on holiday but if you like fine dining it’s good value for money and definitely worth a visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would definitely recommend.
