Lovely ambience and the food is suberb - it's like a step back into a gentile past and you could be in a little village in the country. The waiter was very funny - he wouldn't give us water for some hilarious reason but we he recommended a wonderful wine....

This restaurant is a true gem. We learned about the Fork during a recent visit to Paris from our home in California. The room is small, charming, and elegant. The hosts were warm and inviting and were so helpful with translating the menu. The food and wine were excellent, as good as the Michelin-rated restaurants we ate at on this trip, and the ambiance was perfect. A must-visit while in Paris. While it is tucked away in the 15th Arrisdisment, it is worth your time.

What an absolute delight to dine at this tiny restaurant! It was a warm early evening so we opted to eat at one of the small outdoor tables. My son and I both had the Magret de Canard and we both loved it. The duck was tender and flavorful and potatoes so yummy. I wanted to keep eating even after I was full! The restaurant is on a quiet side street and unassuming to look at, but obviously takes pride in delivering elegant, refined food. Wholeheartedly recommend,

A place full of character and excellent food, provided by the charismatic waiter that has been there for 40 years (at least as old as the furniture and the decor). English is no problem, cards are fine as well. This is food. Our best experience in Paris this year

Returned after 15 years to find the same enchanting off the beaten track restaurant. The proprietor greeted us warmly and gave us his most charming service and extraordinary dinner which included salmon and poached egg and crayfish celeriac as starters . The most delicious roast duck and potatoes and steak tartare served with a small bowl of creamy mashed potato. Wine recommendation was superb as was the crepe with apple and perfectly curated French cheeses. He told us he is closing the restaurant in three months time after 30 years which is a great loss. We could not recommend this unique restaurant more . Simon and Emma Cape Town
