This restaurant serves five, seven and nine course menu specials starting from €65 to €105. Ala carte options are also available

We chose the five course option as we had had a heavy lunch. However, the waitress advised us that whilst there more courses in the seven and nine specials, the portions were adjusted accordingly. This is a good idea as the feeling of fullness from earlier degustation courses can detract from enjoying subsequent courses.

The dinner started with five delightful amuse bouche entries, the most surprising and delicious being the table decoration of a soil comprising nuts and a vegetable cream!

The following five courses comprised an entree, one fish, one meat, one cheese and a dessert.

The food was divine. Course after course of inventive and inspired gastronomy.

My favorite courses were the meat and dessert courses.

The deer saddleback fillet was tender and juicy with pumpkin done three ways. In addition to the venison, the standout was the creamy rich butternut pumpkin puree accompanied by a glossy fullsome flavoured jus.

The dessert, meringue, carrot and lemon was a marvellous carrot sorbet and lemon cream topped by a genrously sized rectangular crunchy piece of meringue. The sweetness of the sorbet and meringue were beautifully balanced by the tartness of the citrus cream. A perfectly wonderful way to end our meal.

The service was attentive and subtle.

Staff were able to converse well in English.

Give this place a visit when you are in Lyon next.

We would come back here in a heartbeat.

Excellent service & equisite food. Presentation was really good. We thought we had 2 green plants in dirt on the table. We were told no it was to eat. It was fabulous. The dirt was crushed pistachios colored brown, with purée vegetables in layers below! Highly recommend.

A 1 Michelin star restaurant. Price is just slightly higher than the average Joe. Yet the quality of food is 5 times higher. Dishes are super creative with all kinds of ingredients and yet everything balances so well. Although portions are small, there were so many dishes that fill you up. Our 3 course lunch menu came with 5 little appetizers that were all truly exceptional. Their homemade bread and butter are just outstanding. Service was also 5 star. You must visit

Thomas and the entire staff were excellent in their service. The tasting menu was delicious and full of gourmet surprises. Definitely an expensive dinner but worth it. Only one quibble: we were first at the restaurant ( right on time) and seated at the worst table-- right near the kitchen door so it was noisy. A second room was available but apparently, not for us. Still -- the food and service made up for that.

Our dinner was truly impeccable and a delight to all the senses. Service was attentive but not at all stuffy, and the restaurant wasn't overly quiet so you could actually talk above a whisper. Some places are so formal that people whisper in hushed tones and it's just awkward. I felt very comfortable and could take my time to relish each amazing creation put before me. I think one of my absolute favorite things was the raclette amuse bouche- amazing! And the beef was honestly the most tender and flavorful piece of meat I have ever had. We got the 3 glass pairing and they are generous pours and truly delicious wines. The Saint Joseph was particularly good and I wish I thought to snap a photo of it because I would love to buy some for myself! The menu we ordered was 49€ and I can honestly say that is a bargain. My only regret is that I have waited so long to go there- what an absolute delight.

Our dinner at Restaurant Jeremy Galvan was simply amazing. I made our reservations from the States and everything worked out well. We and our friends had the "Let Go"! fixed price meal -- 7 courses, 3 paired wines. The quality and presentation of the food was outstanding, and the wines were perfect. We were greeted immediately and were seated us at the only open table. About half way through our dinner Chef came to greet us and although our French was very limited we were able to convey our pleasure. This is definitely a chef to watch!

Nice restaurant with intimate, romantic setting & friendly service. My only criticisms are that the wait times between courses were a bit on the long side (feels like they could do with extra staff when the place is full--which it was) & the beef (on both plates) was disappointingly tough.
Overall a lot good but not flawless & for the price I think that it should be.

Without a doubt the best restaurant I have eaten at in France. Exceptional food - quality, preparation and presentation. Excellent service from staff who can be proud of themselves. A brief comment does not do justice.
