This was our fourth time at Jeru. We like the food and the ambience and the service is always outstanding. It is also fairly quite inside making it the perfect choice for a business meal. We will be going again very soon.

Dinner with work colleagues, starters were delicious. Mains were nice but did prefer the food here last year when it was even better. Excellent and friendly service however

An exceptional evening spent at Jeru. We opted for the chefs special menu which exceeded our expectations. The only slight criticism is the music was a little too loud for our liking….it was hard to hold a conversation.

I am giving 3 stars most because of the main courses. I was looking forward to go to Jeru, as I love Middle Easter food. But honestly the food menu for main courses was disappointing. The place is gorgeous l. A beautiful entrance by close doors, there are tables on the first floor, but we were walked to the main saloon downstairs. There is a bat before going to the tables. At the bathroom it feels like you are in a Medina with the decor very Moroccan style. The menu it is supposed to be a modern middle-eastern cuisine. I thought they did a good selection withe the starters and Mezzes, but the mains became too much western. There was just a lamb shoulder and lamb rack. Don’t expect shwarma, shisha, kebab. Not even a moder style one. This is not the place. What was frustrating. Tagine meal just a veggie option. So definitely main course it is not a good selection. We went with the lamb rack that was lacking flavours (no salt or pepper) and a bit cold. The mayo dressing it was nice. The rosti potato were more like normal chips just cut thinner. I was really expecting a nice rosti. And considering the menu selection we ended with the black cod, that had a great price but was also average. The presentation of the dish at least was nice. The potato bread from the starters was the best of our meal. The only thing charging £8 for one piece of bread that comes with a considerable amount of truffle honey and a nice butter l, maybe better if they would give an extra piece, or even increase to £12 and give 2 pieces. We ordered the hummus that is mix with mushrooms. A very interesting combination that allows you easy to eat a hummus by itself. But again it should be given a bread as side. The halloumi doughnuts were another hit of the night. But not sure if I would come back for dinner. I was made aware that at lunch they serve a good selection of the potato breads with many filling options. This might be a better option.

Really cute vibe and amazing service from everyone especially from the tall one with the beard, looks Middle Eastern (sorry I didn’t ask for his name but he was great :) , 10/10 would go again xxx

Amazing restaurant. Our waiter was so friendly and professional. I love the potato bread, especially with butter and honey. The lamb shoulder is a 5 star.

Music was loud and cheesy. Horrible atmosphere. Service was a bit too...common for the level the restaurant wants to be. You don't pay 1.4k for 4 people to hear the weightier shouting from the top of the stairs where is he from. Plus we poured our wine ourselves. If I was at Spaghetti House I woukd have found it pittoresque...but at a restaurant like that absolutely unacceptable

The moodier basement is probably a better seating choice than the bright and busy ground floor at this Mayfair spot. Starters are excellent (as is the service)… which makes dull later courses all the more disappointing.

Super disappointed! I was so excited to dine here, the service was so slow and disorganised. The food was fine but it took 20 minutes to have my bag picked up and taken to the cloak room and even longer to get it back. We were offered a dessert menu which never came. Just such poor service overall

Jeru is by far the best restaurant I have ever tried in London. The atmosphere is great, food is excellent and the staff is incredibly caring. This time I went for my graduation and they offered me some wine to celebrate. Thank you!!
