Until today, food at JiaXiang has never disappointed me and the numerous friends I brought there before. We both ordered the set lunch, rice noodles with shrimps and it was bad. The shrimps were cooked properly but the noodles were tasteless and oily. I discard my usual policy of zero food waste and my friends and I both left most of our noodles. We ordered and shared another dish and a bowl of rice was served with it. It was kong bao chicken, they used chilli padi in it, as if to punish us for not liking the previous dish. BTW, chilli padi is not usually used for this dish. Total bill CHF75, and I gave a CHF 5 tip out of habit, but we basically overpaid for a terribly unsatisfying meal.

Excellent Chinese food and a great menu with a lot of choice. Especially the beef dishes were very good. Great service and just a wonderful place to go on any night. Definitely coming back more often.

I love the food there but I've got to be honest. Last night, the rice was a bit dry. I think rice is quite basic so that affected my meal. But the service was great.

Really good authentic food. Good service. The recent renovation of the restaurant makes it even nicer to dine there. I will definitely go back!

We went with 5 of us friends and ordered 2 set of hot pot, 5 rices, 2 ducks, and 2 Mapao Tofu. Everything was delicious (especially the duck, highly recommend). Fast service and friendly servers. Thanks so much!

Went back to the restaurant and as always the food was delicious, the table cloth was professionally ironed (these little details counts) and of course, the attention of the personal was fantastic too, 10/10

Diner hier au Jia Wei rue de Lausanne excellent diner et service charmant toutes les serveuses sont chinoise et tres aimables boeuf croustillant delicieux canard cantonais et entrees beaucoup de Dim sun carte tres variee je retournerai et je recomande l endroit athmosphere cosy chaleureux bon pour grande table ambiance familiale ce restaurant merite 9,4 compare aux autres chinois de Geneve

food was excellent, service was good. Since we had to sit outside (thanks corona, for nothing), ambience wasn't great because it's located at a busy street. But never the less, would definitely go again since value for money is great.
