Fantastic food. Great service. Really impressive and a hidden gem. Highly recommend and as good as top tier flower drum style Cantonese / Szechuan. Well presented food. delish. Probably could do some work on the wine list. Give it a go

We were a party of 2 for a Christmas function and the food was excellent, the ambiance was excellent and the service would have been excellent if we did not have to fill our own wine glasses. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting an authentic Japanese/Asian fusion restaurant.

We walked into Jishan Garden, which is in beautiful heritage building. The Chinese decor is tastefully done. It set the seen for some beautiful food exceptionally presented. The experience was enjoyed by all and will be going again. Highly recommend this restaurant.

It’s such beautiful venue, service n atmosphere really great. Pity it’s pouring so we can’t take photos. Food are very yummy. We get to try the cake n tea.. really special. Chilli chicken n fish n prawn, very very delicious. We have a great night.

Amazing hidden gem of a Chinese restaurant with a sophisticated interpretation of Sichuan cuisine. It gets hot & spicy, but is genuinely one of the best in Melbourne if not Australia.

Food was nice, but even with the discount it wasn't good value. Serving portions were small. Wine by the glass was reasonable at $10. Service was good. Food came out fairly quickly. The venue is in a nice old building.

If you are a lover of Chinese food , you must visit this place when you want to go somewhere for a celebration. Wish I went there with a few more people than two , so that I could try more dishes from the menu . The portions were generous and attention to detail. We were very impressed and will visit again .

Food was delicious, except for dessert. Had an issue as our waitress, most attentive, had poor English. We asked for our meat dish to come out first with a dish of greens and some boiled rice, prawn dish later. Instead prawns came 1st with the greens and rice and the meat came quickly after, no real gap, so one main got cold.

The eye catching entrance to this restaurant attracted my attention and the decorations inside with stunning dim lights created a nice ambience for a relaxing dining experience. We ordered mapo tofu, truffles fried rice, kongpao prawns,,crab Dan Dan noodles and black bean eye fillet steak which is the best.
