4.5/10Really quite disappointing. Paid $40 for a med/rare steak and was purple inside that we waited an hour for. The Caesar salads were only ok. . Chips and burger were nice

7/103 of us enjoyed our lunch meals today. Roast Turkey and veg Rump Steak, Diane Gravy, chips & salad Rump Steak, mash and perfectly cooked veges. Soo many people, staff remained smiling and friendly under pressure. Thanks we return

9/10Would be good if lightning was better. Meals were very nice. Good clean place to go and eat and have a cold drink with Family and friends. Staff were friendly.

4/10Was a very long wait for the food. Ribs came out dry. But the manager handled it really well and gave us a refund for the meal. I was happy with the service from the staff just unfortunate about the meal

5.5/10The staff were friendly, the meals didnt take too long to come out. we ordered steak one medium rear it come out nearly well done and the other was ordered medium it come out well done, the salads had too much dressing. The cake for the hot fudge was little dry.

4.5/10There wasn't enough staff on to cater for people signing in . I went for the healthy option of crusted fish and it was deep fried and the salad had cheese which wasn't mentioned on menu , lactose sensitive. I was very disappointed .

Hi Colleen, In regards to not having enough staff on we did have a busier day then expected and with the new sign process although its actually a little faster it does time take time if there are many that cannot do it themselves. I am truly sorry that you felt your meal was not up to our normal standard! Although with the waldorf salad it traditionally has some form of lactose in it, if you do have any allergies or sensitivities please do not hesitate to let us know in future and we will try our best to accomodate you anyway we can. 7/10We ordered the steak medium rare and added the grilled prawns to our orders. There were probably 20chips on our plates, only 4 prawns instead of the 5 listed on the menu and they were either steamed or microwaved, they were grilled at all. The steaks were under cooked, one side of mine hadn’t even seen the grill plate. Service was wonderful but we won’t be going back again.

6/10Nice staff but the food needs improvement. Spring rolls mushy inside and obviously the frozen pre-packaged type. “Crispy fish and chips” was anything but. Lukewarm, limp chips and the fish batter was soft, both resembling food that had been cooked a few days ago and reheated. No lemon with the fish. Used to have great food but won’t be going back under current management.

4/10Food (we had the rump steak ) was average. The chips were soggy. The vegetables were tasteless. The potatoes were thinned out and liquid. The dining area was very noisy. Wine per glass was a bit over the top price wise.

We did have a busier than usual night in the bistro due to the Gympie races being on however that's no excuse for below standard food.
